Divestment of the Google Building in Stockholm
Ståhlberg Invest acted as advisor to AMF Fastigheter in the divestment of Mentorn 1 to Folksam. The transaction amounted to approximately SEK 3 billion and included 18,000 sqm of lettable space.
Formation of Joint Venture for Ownership of Urban Escape
I AMF Fastigheter is one of Sweden’s largest real estate companies, Ståhlberg Invest acted as advisor to AMF Fastigheter in the divestment of part of Urban Escape, which formed the foundation of the new joint venture between AMF and AP7. The value of AP7’s one-third share in Urban Escape amounted to SEK 7.4 billion.
Divestments and financing for Agora in Sweden
Agora, which owned and developed shopping centers and central properties, decided to focus on certain priority cities. Ståhlberg Invest acted as transaction manager for Agora and oversaw the divestment strategy, conducted sales processes and refinanced debt.
Sale for Proveloper in Piteå
Ståhlberg Invest acted as advisor when Proveloper sold a paddle and car care facility in Piteå. The buyer was NP3 Fastigheter.
Acquisition for Slättö in Stockholm
Kvarnholmen in Nacka has been transformed from a industrial area into a beautiful and popular neighborhood. With its acquisition of the Ebba Braheskolan, Slättö becomes a central part of the rapidly growing district. Ståhlberg Invest acted as advisors in the acquisition.
Acquisition of Göta Ark
for AMF Fastigheter
Ståhlberg Invest acted as advisor to AMF Fastigheter in the acquisition of Göta Ark from Balder. The transaction amounted to approximately SEK 1 billion and included 19,500 sqm of lettable space.
Acquisition for Vastint in the Nordic region
Vastint entered into a framework agreement with Marriott International to create a number of new lifestyle hotels under their new brand. Ståhlberg Invest had the mandate to acquire land for the development of new hotels in the major Nordic cities.
Investments for Genesta in the Nordic region
Ståhlberg Invest was involved in creating an attractive real estate portfolio for Genesta. This became possible through the acquisition of several empty office properties and the improvement of already strong trading venues in the Nordic capitals.
Acquisitions and divestments for I am Home in Sweden
Ståhlberg Invest helped residential developer I am Home to acquire land, where they could develop sustainable housing. We also assisted with the disposal of the homes.
Acquisition for SEB Domestica in Stockholm
SEB Domestica wanted to acquire newly built residential projects that had not yet reached the market. Thanks to our broad network of contacts, Ståhlberg Invest were able to help acquire as many as 130 rental apartments in Vallentuna.
